In order to start the entire approval process, compliance with some of Anatel requirements is of essence.

By regulation, the applicant for approval must be a company organized on national territory that is responsible for the product to be certified, as well as for sending the necessary documentation for the conformity assessment.

BTC has these prerequisites and can act as “Certificate Holder” for companies that are not yet established in Brazil.
