For certification of type or family of telecommunication products, Anatel requires a set of mandatory documents regarding the type or family of products, the manufacturer of the product and the company that will market it. Such information is indispensable for Anatel certification/approval process.
This documentation must meet all requirements and include information that matches the features of the type or family of products in order to certify their compliance.

Required Documentation:
- CNPJ card;
- Articles of Association;
- Declaration of commercial representation from manufacturer abroad.
- Registration data;
- Details of the manufacturing unit(s);
- ISO 9001: 2015 Certification* (when required).
- Product Model;
- Technical Specification (Datasheet);
- Product manual should be written in Portuguese language when intended for use by the general public;
- Internal and external photos.
- Valid test reports issued by a laboratory in accordance with Anatel standards.
- Additional documents may be requested to complete the process.
